Dishes, Dance Parties and Gratitude

Friends! Music can help us feel more grateful. Turn on some joyful tunes and see how a tedious task like doing laundry or washing dishes can not only turn into a solo-dance off but can also shift your mood & perspective entirely.

Besides realizing that "you still got it", perhaps boredom, irritation or even resentment can melt away and gratitude and can be felt. Perhaps now instead we have created and opened up space to feel blessed and to cherish the abundant clothes we have, the delicious and nutritious food that was on our plates, or whatever else we can sometimes take for granted.

And always remember and never forget, you DEFINITELY still got it.
